Terror in Kwara: A New Group Emerges

One local source, speaking on condition of anonymity, revealed the extent of the group’s control: “Our community, Kemanji, is under the control of these people. They have not entered the main Kaiama town yet, but that was how it started in Sokoto, Kebbi, and other states. Government Response: Too Little, Too Late?
